Job Description: |
- Responsible for day to day Accounts Payable.
- Maintain Accounts Payable Ledgers
- Perform entry and approvals of invoices
- Creation of Purchase Requisitions
- Creation of Purchase orders
- Ensure that the Payment run to vendors / Employees are happening without any delay
- Prepare and Manage Account Reconciliations
- Recording Journal Entries in books of Accounts
